Ellie Lacey came up with a unique way to thank NHS staff after her life-saving liver transplant. She used a GPS tracking app to map out the words 鈥楾hank You NHS鈥� on a beach on the Gower, running nine miles in the process.

Ellie says she鈥檚 鈥渆normously grateful to both her donor and the NHS鈥� and that it was 鈥渘ice to do something positive.鈥�
