Ex-GCHQ boss: UK defence at risk of decline
The former head of GCHQ is warning UK defence will decline if Theresa May does not take part in the wider European defence plan post-Brexit.
Robert Hannigan also questioned whether the UK would be able to afford to spend enough on defence.
"If our economy shrinks we will be able to afford less," he added.
