Shahab said, ‘Mauricio Pochettino is the second longest serving manager in the Premier League and I don’t think that’s by accident.’
Shahab went on to say that consistency is everything when it comes to being a top level manager, ‘Finishing in the top four every year and getting into the Champions League is by far the most important thing, not necessarily winning cups.’
