Should bullied kids get scholarships to private schools?
Should children being bullied in public schools receive taxpayer money to go to private school? Under a new bill being debated in Florida, a parent would be able to apply for a "Hope Scholarship" if their child is being bullied. If successful the family would receive a grant which could be used to pay for private schooling. Republican Congressman Byron Donalds is the lead sponsor of the bill, he told Dan Damon how he believes it would help.
