In this clip, a retail worker is asked by a customer to find out how much four canvases will cost with a 20% discount. She uses multiplication to work out the cost of four canvases together at full price, and uses division to work out what the 20% would be. To find out the total of the canvases with the discount, she simply subtracts the percentage from the full amount. This clip also offers an alternative way to find a percentage on a calculator.
