In this clip, a woman working in a cake shop works out a quote for a customer鈥檚 cake order. The order asks for 30 different flavours of cupcake so she initially uses division to separate the order into equal amounts. Using multiplication, she calculates how much each flavour in the order will cost. Finally, she adds up the separate prices of cupcake flavours, and adds on any extra items from the order. This is a large order, so there is also a 10% discount. The woman uses division to work out the 10%, and takes this away from the order.
