In this clip a customer has filled out her loyalty card and is entitled to a free bouquet of flowers. The florist has to work out the customer鈥檚 average spend to find out which flowers she will be able to have for free. She initially estimates the average spend by looking at the prices on the loyalty card. To work it out fully, she uses a calculator to add up the cost of each previous spend, and divides the total cost by the total number of purchases. This clip also shows an alternative method of how to do this without a calculator.
