Saoirse Ronan on Lady Bird's appeal and her own mum
We sat down with Lady Bird star Saoirse Ronan to talk about the Oscar-nominated new film, which centres around that often tricky mother-daughter relationship.
The actress – who’s already won a Golden Globe for the role – tells us why it’s nothing like the relationship she has her own mum, what it was like working with writer and director Greta Gerwig, and why she thinks the coming-of-age film has struck such a chord with so many.
