Luke Truth is a multi-genre vocal artist, producer and beatboxer from Redditch.

Writing and recording since his teens, Luke has been consistently putting music out for the last decade.

He's released a music video to his song "Wings In My Mind" to raise awareness of mental health issues.

He’s performances range from beatboxing on the streets to performing in the hotels of Cyprus.

"A great range of hits from an incredibly dynamic performer influenced by the greats” - Andrew Marston.

SXSW

SXSW
Austin, Texas makes a fair claim of being the live music capital of the world.

At no time is this truer than during SXSW when the entirety of the downtown area becomes an enthralling melting pot of different sounds, from the tumult of street performers and buskers on every corner, to the thrum of live bands spilling out from Austin's seemingly endless array of venues.

But of course this eccentric, beguiling image is only one part of Austin's identity.

ѿý Music Introducing in Stourport

ѿý Music Introducing in Stourport
At the end of February, we descended on a place that was once primarily a hotel to record our latest sessions.

But behind the doors of the The Swan in Strourport is not only a live performance space, that’s putting the town back on the musical map, but also a brand new recording studio.

We took along artists handpicked from the ѿý Music Introducing uploader to perform in front of a live audience – and also for you!

Track of the Week

Track of the Week
Bonding over a mutual appreciation for '60s/'70s rock 'n' roll, punk and gospel, the Worcester three-piece, The Americas, dropped everything in their lives and decided to chase that thin wild mercury sound that howled out from the records that they love.

They're influenced by acts such as Bob Dylan and The Rolling Stones and have just come back from a full UK tour.

Andrew Marston says: "When they played a live session for us at the Phoenix Theatre in Ross-on-Wye, in October, their musical performance was so tight it was like listening to a CD.

"So on that note, I played their live track on my ‘One To Watch Out For’ on ѿý Radio 6 Music at the tail end of last year."
