Starmer: Theresa May 'right' to reject EU bill
The Shadow Brexit Secretary Keir Starmer says that no British prime minister could agree to the draft withdrawal bill put forward by the European Union this week.
He said that Theresa May's rejection of the EU offer was "absolutely right" and that a hard border of the island of Ireland was "not a road we could go down".
