Jamie Jewitt says giving up his phone and social media to take part in ITV's reality show, Love Island sparked an 'epiphany'.

The model told 5 live's Nihal Arthanayake,

"In there the first thing we had to do was get rid of our phones, we didn鈥檛 have tv, we didn鈥檛 have radio, we didn鈥檛 have anything, literally anything."
