Reggae producer Blacker Dread has described how he was suspicious of filmmaker Molly Dineen when he met her forty years ago.

He told 5 live鈥檚 Nihal Arthanayake he didn鈥檛 trust anyone with a camera at the time, but after he saw the documentary he realised it was a 鈥渁 testament to what we were doing鈥�.

Bafta-winning filmmaker Molly Dineen has been following the legendary Brixton producer, Blacker in a documentary which will be shown on 蜜芽传媒 2 tonight, forty years after he featured in her first film when she was a student. 'Being Blacker' is shown on 蜜芽传媒 Two on 12 March at 9pm and after on the 蜜芽传媒 IPlayer.
