It’s a scary moment for anyone: it’s late at night, you’re fast asleep and then the phone rings. You fear the worst – someone in trouble, a family member hurt, at the very least some kind of emergency. But it turns out to be a nuisance call. If you've handed over your number to a company, can they call you at any time? Even two o'clock in the morning? Peter White hears from Kerry Tyler, who received one such phone call.
