Labour agrees with the prime minister that Russia is behind the Salisbury spy attack, says shadow defence secretary Nia Griffith.

Jeremy Corbyn has faced criticism from some Labour backbenchers about his response to the poisoning of former double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter.

However, Ms Griffith said Mr Corbyn later clarified his position and the party is supportive of the action the prime minister has taken against Russia.
