Reading FC: Joey knows Royals are close to the drop
Midfielder Joey van den Berg is under no illusions about the danger Reading are in.
The Royals find themselves just three points above the relegation zone after a 3-2 defeat to Norwich in the Championship.
"It's getting close, " van den Berg told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "Three points now [above the relegation zone].
"It's a very disappointing result again.
"We can't let it get to us, but I have to admit it's hard."
And van den Berg is looking forward to the two week break ahead of the next game.
"Hopefully it's a good time... and [you have to] try to get back in with a positive atmosphere.
"If you want to get result you have to stick together, and that will be the main focus for the rest of the competition."
