The government has launched a consultation on charging a tax on plastic bottles of up to 22p to encourage people in England to recycle them. And you'll get money back for returning empty bottles.The Scottish government has already said it will introduce a deposit return scheme and it's being considered in Wales and Northern Ireland as well.
