'Bottas isn't good enough for Mercedes'
Valtteri Bottas “isn't good enough” to drive for Mercedes and needs to improve, the Sun's Formula 1 writer Ben Hunt says.
Bottas heads into the Chinese Grand Prix this weekend looking for a better display after admitting his “disappointment” at not finishing ahead of Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel in Bahrain on Sunday.
Hunt says Bottas is under pressure to show that he deserves to drive for Mercedes. Should he fail to do so, Hunt wouldn't be surprised to see Daniel Ricciardo replace him at the end of the year.
