Man City are the best team I've seen at this level - Rosenior
Brighton defender Liam Rosenior says Pep Guardiola's Manchester City team are better than Manchester United's treble-winning side in 1999.
City wrapped up the Premier League title on Sunday with five games to spare following rivals Manchester United's defeat to West Brom.
"It is a big statement but for me City are the best team I've ever seen at this level. I don't think there is a team that beats them," Rosenoir said.
