'Guardiola's not just the manager, he's a friend' - Walker

Manchester City defender Kyle Walker says he has special "connection" with manager Pep Guardiola.

Walker says his relationship with the Spaniard is different to anything he has experienced in his career.

"He texted me the other day because I beat him in the long drive competition in golf. Something like that, I've never really had before," Walker said.

"We can just exchange text messages. He is the manager, but he is a friend as well," he added.
