Pep Guardiola has 'an absolute need and obsession' with learning, says Spanish football journalist Guillem Balague.

Balague, who is currently writing a book on the Manchester City manager, believes that Guardiola's hunger for knowledge stems from his lack of qualifications.

Speaking on 5 Live Sport's Pep Guardiola Special, Balague also sheds light on his relationship with the late Johan Cruyff, and the impact the former Barcelona manager has on his thinking.
