Cuba will soon have a new leader after nearly 60 years of being ruled by the Castros. For a relatively small island, it played a crucial role in the Cold War. The Cuban missile crisis was as close as the world has come to a nuclear confrontation. It's still ruled by communists, but President Obama took some big steps towards ending decades of confrontation. Ben Rhodes advised him during those years and told Today what he thinks of Cuba's new leadership.
