Former international midfielder Andy Townsend believes Arsenal need a change in culture and should appoint a more pragmatic manager like Diego Simeone to replace Arsene Wenger.

The Frenchman will step down from his position after more than two decades at the North London club.

Townsend says the managerial change provides an opportunity for a much-needed shake-up at Arsenal, and thinks Simeone would be the 鈥減erfect鈥� fit.
