5 live Breakfast has spoken to residents of Barrow who say drug dealers are ruining the Cumbrian town.

Drugs have killed 12 people since December last year, making the death rate far higher than that of many cities.

Ex-heroin addict 鈥楽amantha鈥� told 5 live鈥檚 Rory Carson: 鈥淚t鈥檚 horrible, every corner you go round there is somebody there you know, waiting for drugs or trying to score.鈥�
