Paul Meisak lives with his wife Bridget just outside of Glasgow. In 2016, he was told he had terminal cancer.

After initially speaking to 5 live on our Your Call programme, Paul has now asked us to follow him as he organises his funeral, meets with oncologists and chooses his hospice.

Paul鈥檚 attitude is positive - and he says his approach hasn't let him down so far.
