As teenagers prepare for the start of GCSE exams, any parent’s aim is to help their child get through with a minimum of anxiety and panic. So what is the best way to be supportive without putting on unnecessary pressure? Jenni talks to Dr Anna Colton, a chartered clinical psychologist, Matthew Burton, now a deputy head teacher and known as Mr Burton in the Channel Four series Educating Yorkshire, student Charmaine who is in the 6th form and Aimee who is 18 and in her first year at university. They’re both part of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½â€™s Mindset campaign.
