What the new stricter MOT test means for your car
If you take your car in for an MOT on or after May 20 2018 you should be ready for some big changes. The test has been overhauled to include new, much stricter, emissions testing for diesels. There are also some new categories of faults. Adam Curtley has been talking to Matt Kendal in Portsmouth about the new MOT test. Winifred Robinson talks to Neil Barlow, Head of MOT Policy at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, about the new regulations.
