County Lines: the rising drug dealing networks

Big city gangs are spreading their drugs deals to small towns across the country

Our correspondent Wyre Davies reports on the the drug deals spreading through the UK via the rail network, in so-called 'County Lines.' And Durham police chief, Michael Barton, who is also the National Police Chiefs' Council head of crime operations, says the police are not able "to arrest their way out of the problem" because the resources are not there.
