This is Jake Grif铿乶, a Brewer from Glasgow. He used to be a neuroscientist, but decided to follow his passion and become a brewer. He got into brewing when he was at uni, and started experimenting in the home brew scene.

The next step in his brewing journey was when he and a friend won a competition with their home brew. The prize for the competition was to brew commercially, and Jake never looked back. He enjoys brewing because it鈥檚 a physical job, it鈥檚 a very creative job and it gives him a lot of freedom to pursue what he鈥檚 passionate about. He was happy as a neuroscientist but he鈥檚 even happier brewing beer.
