Gruelling sea race with Type 1 diabetes
The Normandy Channel race of 2018 is underway, with Britain's Jack Trigger competing against the world's best sailors non stop for 1000 miles. The 23 year old will battle not just heavy seas and lack of sleep - but also type 1 diabetes.
