Bill Clinton is the first former US president to have written a thriller. He's teamed up with the world's best-selling novelist James Patterson to write "The President is Missing", drawing on his own experiences in the White House.The pair chat to our arts correspondent Rebecca Jones about the presidency, threats to democracy and writing the novel.
