Brexit Secretary David Davis says the referendum decision is "irreversible" and Brexit will happen with or without a deal. Mr Davis was widely reported to have threatened to resign last week over disagreements with the prime minister over how to leave the customs union. He spoke exclusively to the Today programme hours before a crunch vote in Parliament on the Brexit Bill.
