MPs asking: 'What is going on?' - Benn

A group of Conservative MPs, who are calling for a parliamentary say on the final Brexit deal, have been accused of weakening Theresa May's position.
But Benn, a Labour MP, says Parliament should take over if the government cannot do its job in the Brexit talks.
