"...I'm going for the world record next ..." - John Liron on winning medals and smashing records in the Masters swimming world
He's been setting records in the pool, and picking up plenty of medals as he goes.
This past weekend, Jersey's John Liron added yet another accolade to his impressive role of honour - when he took gold in the 50 metres freestyle AND the 50 metres breast-stroke at the British Masters Championships in Plymouth.
And as if that wasn't impressive enough, John broke the European Record in the first race and the British record in the second!
John - who swims in the 70-75 year old category - has been telling our Sport Producer Jack Murley how it felt.
