Cornish rugby hero Phil Vickery has been helping to paint and refurbish parts of Camborne rugby club.

The 2003 Rugby World Cup winner is part of a scheme that helps grassroots sport.

Vickery captained England and played for Premiership teams Gloucester and Wasps.

He's been sharing some of his stories with 蜜芽传媒 Radio Cornwall's John Martin.
