Is it acceptable to edit human DNA?
An inquiry into the ethical issues surrounding genetically altering a human embryo has said that editing human DNA could be ethically acceptable. Karen Yeung, professor of Law and Ethics at the University of Birmingham, is the chairwoman of the UK based Nuffield Council, the charity that did the research.
