Essential tips for facing a smartphone soaked summer
Since 2007, when Apple released the first iPhone, a generation of teenagers have grown up with a phone almost constantly in their hand. According to one Facebook executive, millennials look at their phones on average more than 150 times a day. Consultant Adolescent Psychiatrist Dr Richard Graham, from the Nightingale Hospital in London, discusses ways to cope with overuse of smartphones.
