How you can beat the sedentary lifestyle
Spending too much time in a sedentary position and not being physically active is a growing problem around the world. In the UK alone, 20 million people don't do any exercise at all. Finland used to have one of the highest mortality rates from heart disease but it's managed to buck the trend. In a survey of eight European nations, Finland performed the best and Britain the worst. John Laurenson went to Helsinki to find out how the Finns have turned things round. Winifred Robinson presents.
