Brexit no deal is "highly undesirable"
Mark Carney, the governor of the Bank of England, says the chance of a no deal Brexit is "uncomfortably high," and such an outcome is "highly undesirable." He also spoke about the health of the British economy, a day after the Bank raised interest rates to their highest level in almost a decade.
