Today correspondent, Ross Hawkins, reveals there are detailed plans to to create a new party, funded by Simon Franks, who founded LoveFilm. Former Liberal Democrats leader, Lord Paddy Ashdown, is skeptical of a new party but admits "politics in this country cannot stay the same."
