Ghosting your new boss
In the world of dating, the term ghosting means abruptly ignoring the person that you've been seeing, leading to inevitable heart-break and soul-searching. But it's no longer just applicable to romance. This toxic behaviour has apparently seeped into the workplace. Employers are finding that sometimes their perfect candidate, after a strong interview and job checks, just doesn't turn up for the first day of work. Pilita Clark from the Financial Times has more.
