Zanele, 21, has been taking HIV drug Prep for about a year.

She lives in Khayelitsha, an informal township near Cape Town, South Africa, where both rates of HIV and violence against women are high.

Zanele says taking the drug - which is highly effective at preventing transmission - has changed her life.
