Four years ago Christina decided that she couldn鈥檛 stand by and do nothing while Manchester鈥檚 homeless community were struggling. So, she decided to find a way to help. Now, she and her team of volunteers make 3250 sandwiches each week which are distributed to 18 soup kitchens as well as outreach centres. Yet she doesn鈥檛 stop there, Reuben was homeless for 34 years before Christina helped him find a home in a Veteran鈥檚 unit. He says Christina 鈥渞epresents what is special in our country 鈥� caring about each other鈥�.
