Formed in 2014, Bromsgrove band Fire Red Empress burst from the gates to unleash an impressive arsenal of huge stoner rock riffs and soaring anthems.
Ìý
Following blistering performances at the UK’s Bloodstock Festival and Germany’s Summer Breeze, the band quickly gained the attention of Danish music producer Jacob Hansen.

Soon after, they were receiving airplay from the likes of Daniel P Carter on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 1 as well as the TV music channels.

They’ve since taken on a French vocalist and took our ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Music Introducing stage at Lakefest by storm.

This annual festival was first staged in 2008 by Chris Bennion, who produces Worcestershire Sauce.ÌýHe set up a website called NotJustSauce - aiming to put Worcester on the map musically.

It's since been dubbed as Worcester's version of SXSW in Texas!

Taking place in multiple venues across the city, from pubs, clubs, restaurants and cafes to historic buildings, river cruisers, record shops, on the streets and even in breweries, the festival is absolutely free to attend with hundreds of gigs to choose from from some of the best, new and emerging artists in the UK.

Each year the festival raises money for a chosen local charity. This year the Worcestershire Association of Carers will receive all the money dropped into buckets at the festival's venues across the weekend.

Onboard The Craft is the sister of Sonic Rock Solstice, which is also held at the Stoke Prior Sports & Country club.

Other events to be held on the site include Beermageddon, Wizzafest and Breaking Bands.

This month's sessions were recorded at Lakefest, which took place on the Eastnor Castle Deer Park near Ledbury.

Headliners this year includedÌýThe Darkness, Marc Almond, The Waterboys, Reverend and the Makers, The Proclaimers, Melanie C and Toploader.

The event is organised by husband and wifeÌýPaul O'NeillÌýandÌýCaitlin Barrett ofÌý.

Wanting to return the favour, they invited us to have a ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Music tent at their annual event.
