95 year old Photographer Tony Vaccaro showed our Culture Editor Steven Smith his life’s work, his striking images from the frontline of the Second World War when he was a young GI, and his portraits of the stars of Hollywood and the art world for glossy magazines.

His first exhibition in the U.K. for fifty years is at the Getty Images Gallery called Tony Vaccaro: From Shadow to Light.
