Hurricane Florence: Coastal community 'preparing for the worst'
Hurricane Florence has been downgraded to a category two storm but there are still fears it could linger for days and bring catastrophic flooding when it nears the coast of South Carolina late on Thursday or on Friday. So just how prepared is the region?
