'Daylight saving doesn't actually work here'
While the northern lights frequently illuminate the night sky in winter, parts of Finnish Lapland don't see any sun between late November and mid-January. MEP Nils Torvalds says there's always been a feeling in his country that the clock-change has been imposed on them by Brussels.
