Golf drawings helped free me from prison
"The best feeling in the world". Valentino Dixon has been freed from prison in New York after 27 years. While in jail, he drew golf courses; 600 golf courses in the last five years. His work attracted the attention of Golf Digest magazine, who wrote a profile on him. This led wrongful conviction advocates to look into his case and eventually free him. Valentino says he came from a violent neighbourhood and has never played golf. He's now going to get his first lesson though.
