EAST MARSH: Billy lives in the house he was born in in East Marsh in 1960. He takes us on a tour of the estate to change our minds about what it means to live there. Billy says 鈥渘o one is coming over the hill on a white charger to make our lives better, so we've decided to do it for ourselves.鈥� One of his biggest moans is that there鈥檚 no music whatsoever on the estate 鈥� so they鈥檝e got plans to put that right.
