It鈥檚 the time of year for planting spring-flowering bulbs, but there鈥檚 a problem this year. Suppliers of flowering bulbs are reporting the worst harvest for 50 years. The really cold snap in late February, early March, followed by the long, dry summer, has been bad for bulbs, especially daffodils. Winifred Robinson finds out more.
