The death toll in California's deadly Camp Fire has risen to a state record of 76 people.

The death toll in California's deadly Camp Fire has risen to a state record of 76 people. The number of people listed as missing has also surged to 1,200 - up from 600 on Friday. Smoke and particulates from the fires are said to be so bad they're lowering the air quality across the state to dangerous levels. Our reporter, Reagan Morris, is in the town Paradise, which has been razed to the ground. Also in the programme, the Democratic Republic of Congo has lifted its ban on the exports by copper and cobalt by mining giant Glencore. They were suspended over a dispute about tax of about $130 million. The government is demanding the back taxes from Katanga, accusing it of failure to declare and pay duties on 6,650 tons of Copper mined in 2014.
